Trekly provides estimated road trip plans for informational purposes. The app does not provide professional travel, legal, safety, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying routes, weather, closures, permits, border requirements, lodging, activities, prices, and safety conditions before traveling.

No Booking Guarantee

Trip costs, drive times, stop suggestions, and activity notes are estimates. Trekly does not guarantee availability, exact prices, current ratings, road access, or official conditions.

User Responsibility

Use common sense and official sources before driving. Conditions can change quickly because of weather, construction, fires, closures, crowds, permits, or local rules.

Advertising and Affiliate Links

Trekly may display ads, sponsored placements, or affiliate links. These placements should be identified as sponsored or commercial where required. We may earn compensation from clicks, purchases, or qualifying actions.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the planner, overload backend services, attempt to scrape or attack the site, interfere with advertising systems, or generate invalid ad clicks or impressions.

Limitation of Liability

Trekly is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Trekly is not liable for losses related to use of the planner, travel decisions, third-party services, advertising links, or inaccurate third-party data.
